One Piece: Monkey D. Garp and 8 characters with power comparable to the Four Emperors

The Four Emperors is the common name that the Government uses to call the four strongest and most powerful pirate captains in the New World.

1. Monkey D. Garp

Monkey D. Garp was once known as a marine who could hunt down Gol D. Roger.

Garp may be old now, but judging from his ability to punch Marco and throw a cannonball at the Sunny, he’s still really strong.

2. Sengoku

During the Luffy era, Sengoku may have been better known as a Fleet Admiral at the head of the navy.

Having received such respect from the Pirate King, Sengoku seemed to be a dangerous enemy capable of counterbalancing Yonko, despite his age.

3. Sakazuki / Akainu

Sakazuki was actually defeated by Whitebeard at Marineford, but he was able to continue fighting afterward.

4. Kuzan

Kuzan was able to fight for days with Sakazuki, proving that his strength was not inferior to his opponent despite his defeat.

5. Borsalino / Kizaru

Remember, when Big Mom contacted Kaido, hearing this news Kizaru volunteered to go to Wano to resolve this serious situation, but Sakazuki stopped him.

6. Rayleigh

As the first person Roger recruited, Rayleigh most likely also participated in a major battle in God Valey, where Rogers’ group fought the Rocks.

7. Mihawk

Mihawk can fight inconclusively with a Yonko, specifically Shanks, when he still has both arms.

8. Issho / Fujitora

All Navy admirals seem to be expected to be able to match a Yonko at a minimum, in a duel.
